The recipe I used <br />ast year was a failure, so if you don't mind I'll be keeping this recipe! Oh, and I used organic stone ground flour (wheat) and it was all fine. Cooked in two regular sized cake tins, so took about half an hour less I think. Off to eat more cake and brandy butter!
