Something I'm...I'm a slow post writer too. Something I'm finding helpful at the moment is to write a few scratchy notes in a draft post while or straight after I've cooked (especially if I've altered the recipe a lot). I tend to sort my photos in a big batch roughly once a week and slot them into drafts. I think gets easier and more natural too as I often think about what I'm going to say when I'm eating. That being said I've lost my blogging mojo many times but it come back.
